Trip planning
May. 24th, 2009 05:49 pmSpent two hours wearing one black sock/black shoe and one brown sock/tan shoe, trying on different combinations of skirts and sweaters/jackets for Seattle. I think it's gonna be the blue/black series of outfits.
To pass the time on the plane, I'm planning to try to learn circular knitting, if the light is adequate (memo to self: FOR GOD'S SAKE, DO NOT BRING BLACK YARN). And if that doesn't work out, I'll also have some crochet hooks and can work on some chunky little amigurumi or something.
According to Google Maps and the Ravelry Group Sheepless in Seattle, there are tons of yarn shops in Seattle. It's not so much that I want to go buy yarn (I have enough to gag a buzzard); I just want to see what's out there, maybe get some ideas.
